I have a quick-sale deal on ten Airbus A320-200s with IAE V2527-A5 engines right now. The MSNs are already registered with IATS in Oklahoma City (Insured Aircraft Title Services), the escrow company utilised by most commercial aircraft dealers in the US. Note the comments below of the people handling this deal:

They are brand-new - in the wrapper - there is no history to deal with.- no two year wait to get in line at EADS/Airbus

You will need a ready, willing and able client with access to the necessary funds - also courtesy to all brokers and agents.
This is a simple bank-2-bank deal - the MSN # are lodged within the escrow account at IATS - which they will verify
A simple method to upgrade an airline quickly and/or start a brand new one very quickly - 'time is of the essence'
You will need a LOI (letter of intent) addressed to the seller's representative, plus a BCL (bank comfort letter) or POF (proof of funds) for the amount of no less than 30%-50% of the total amount of all ten planes, plus the initial $10m deposit to participate. Buyer and Seller will discuss the remaining procedures.
All the above can be achieved in a few hours or so - this modus operandi is on a 'first come, first serve' basis and is simplistic, & quick
