I was recently looking for something similar and I came across a new website that is very cool (www.rezume.com). It allows you to create a resume in professional templates and also cover letters and your own url. You can also track who visits yor resume and how many times. You can distribute your resume through email, fax, job boards, search engines and chat on real time with employers or recruiters. I signed up because is free and the truth is that so far working is very good.
