LOGBOOK SUMMARY:

New paint 1992. Paint 7-8/10. Aircraft has been kept in a shade hangar.
INTERIOR:
Original interior is in good condition. 4 seats. 250 lb. baggage compartment with large baggage door. Interior 5-6/10.
AVIONICS:
IFR capable. Dual KX170B with glideslope, KMA 20 audio panel, KR 85 ADF, KT 78 Transponder, Century I with tracker, Hoskins fuel totalizer, Digital VOR. Needs GPS.
REMARKS:
Aircraft had a soft belly landing about 400 hrs ago. Damage consisted of engine bottom overhaul, new 3-blade prop, new nose gear assembly, new left flap, and one piece of belly skin. All were painted. No airframe damage.
