LOGBOOK SUMMARY:

Engine L/R Since RAM: 1781/974
Left Engine: 1223 hours on new bottom end.
Left engine: 619 STOH
Top Grade RAM Overhauls w/Additional Upgrades:
Left Engine: Complete new bottom end under RAM warranty, including the case, crankshaft,
bearings, and cam; Meets RAM overhaul standards. The work was done in Waco, Texas in March
2000.
Complete top overhaul with RAM nickel cylinders in December 2003.
Right Engine: Overhaul and the following additional upgrades at RAM in Waco, September 2001:
• Replaced the standard governors and synchrophaser with the RAM MC-1 governors and RPS
2000 synchrophaser. Both governors are slaved. It is smooth & quiet.
• Replaced all hydraulic hoses
• All new fuel & oil hoses
• Replaced throttle, prop and mixture control cables (all 6)

All avionics work since March 1997 has been done by JA Avionics; Detailed records airframe &
avionics maintenance available. Maintenance and flight safety have been taken very seriously and
there have been no compromises; Only one pilot since March 1997, with the exception of RAM engine installs and warranty flights; Airplane has always been hangared.

EXTERIOR:

New in April 2002. Overall White with Blue, Grey and Gold accent stripes and SS cam locks were
added to dress up the nacelles.

INTERIOR:

Interior is in good condition; Blue leather, ultra suede headliner, flushing toilet; 7 seats plus belted seat
on toilet.
