Hey,

well despite of recruiters such as Parc and Direct recruitment and many many many others battling for some sort of palce in the industry, I have only had very good experience with ARC. I have seen some very strange messages on other aviation posts. But while the recruitment companies battle each other...I was happy when I got my line training here in Kenya. I am currently here and happy.

Even in my group that got recruited, there were some that did not get the job and still had to pay a bit of money. But thats how the industry works. I mean, would you not pay your flight school just because they were not able to get you a job???...

But trust me its totally worth it!

Hi there,

I have been invited to their Frankfurt office for assessment and interview as a captain. I applied through another pilot recruitment site and they responded as a result. Their website mentions a fee but I was not asked to pay anything for the assessment. What was your experience. Any fee(s) to secure the job ? If so . How much? What does their " assessment " entail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that´s true. it took them quite long actually. I did not hear anything from them for quite some time. but now I am Firts Officer on a CRJ 200.
I got a newsletter from them, mentioning the new EMB 170/190 Type Rating with a Line Training and First Officer job guaranteed at the end of the Training period. Great stuff...they should have invented this while I was in education.

For all you out there looking since a long time...take the chance...ask them for the HEATUPS Program....

hi, I also was at ARC in Germany. Long time they did not find a job for me, I thought that they are cons. After a long time of waiting they called me back to give me an employment offer. This offer wasn´t the best one I have dreamed of, but this job I have got is better than unemployment.

Hi guys....

usually I don´t do adverts or something as such.
But guys, I got a Job... as a low houred F/O....

I will be flying for a Crew Leasing company with several operators.
Isn´t that great???!!!! I mean, about three months ago, there was no hope and now, after using the service of Aviators Trading, they found a contract for me!!

They did a good job.... check them out!
