LOGBOOK SUMMARY:

Did not pass annual inspection. Most of the repair work is small rust, skin, bulk head, flap damage. A bonanza specialist quoted the repairs to be $17,500 which I think is to high. You can get it done at a much better price. The price I am aking is based on the repairs at $17,500, I still own about $17,000 on loan with Green Tree.

EXTERIOR:

The paint is a strong 7, fading a little but not pealing. Looks rean nice.
