Based in Renton WA from new to 1982. Alabama from '83 to '85, then Casper
Wyoming from then to 1990. US Federal Fish and Wildlife owned and operated it
in Alaska from then until last month when Stancil Aviation bought it. It was on
wheels, staight floats and skis during the Gov't ownership. Based in central
Alaska at McGrath and Talkeetna, during this time. Now based in Placerville in
Northern California. The maintenance has been excellent because of the
government ownership. The plane used a quart of oil in the 22 hour flight from
Anchorage to Placerville. No significant damage but the horizontal Stab and a
elevator have been reskinned with the new heavier "tuff tail" skins.
