1981 Piper Archer II, 11k TTAF, 1840 SMOH. Just completed an extremely thorough annual 10/08/08. Compressions = 76/70/74/76. There are many more hours left in this O-360-A4M Lycoming engine. KX170B w/GS, KX175B, KT62A transponder, KMA 24 audio panel, KR86 ADF, DME. Great performance. Asking only $39,500, negotiable. Price includes a BRAND NEW Airtex interior package including seat upholstery, wall panels and carpet. I have also ordered many new interior plastic pieces to replace those cracked or broken.
